Glucosamine and chondroitin is a combined supplement with the benefits of glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate. Bio-Glucosamine MEGA is intended for joint support, cartilage, and bones.

Glucosamine is a naturally occurring molecule produced by the body, but levels reduce as we get older. In addition, the product contains vitamin C which contributes to collagen formation for normal functioning of bones and cartilage. Chondroitin is often excluded from supplements because of its relatively high cost.

Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose

Glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate stimulates the formation of normal joint cartilage and may provide an anti-inflammatory effect. Also helps to maintain the correct fluid balance in cartilage, as well as acting as a joint lubricant.

Is it safe to take glucosamine supplements if I have diabetes?
There’s little evidence that taking glucosamine would be detrimental, though please consult with the doctor first.

 

Can I take Gluco Control if I’m diabetic?
Please consult your doctor before taking chromium supplements if diabetic. Medications may need to be adjusted if taken alongside chromium.
