Natural defence in liquid form for fighting infections, viruses, and parasites
With over 17 amino acids, at least 33 sulphur compounds, eight minerals, and vitamins A, B, and C, garlic is truly one of nature’s superfoods. But it also has another secret weapon that we don’t always benefit from. Have you ever noticed the pungent smell you get when garlic is cut or crushed? It’s the result of an interesting chemical reaction. When garlic cells are damaged, the normally separate enzyme, alliinase, and the amino acid, alliin, come into contact to create a volatile sulphur compound called allicin.
Allicin exists as garlic’s natural defence mechanism against microbes in the soil, thanks to its ability to inhibit bacteria and fungi reproduction. Like humans, plants are susceptible to viruses, parasites, and infections, and sometimes require immune support.
But the problem is, Allicin is naturally unstable.
When exposed to heat and light, it starts to break down, and when it reaches the stomach, it is irreversibly destroyed by the acidic environment. This means the body cannot fully benefit from allicin’s remarkable properties (in its raw form).
That’s why Allisure®, the key ingredient in AlliTech, was developed. This purified allicin extract is 100% stabilised by a patented process; preserving its structure so the body can benefit from its impressive properties, which are normally lost in the process of cooking, preparation, and digestion.
There has been some very interesting research on Allicin and SuperBugs. You can read the research here:

Frequently Asked Questions
Is AlliTech vegan-friendly?
Yes. AlliTech is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
What’s the difference between AlliTech Spray and AlliTech Liquid?
They are the same product, but the method of application is different. We recommend AlliTech Spray for minor wounds and infections, and AlliTech liquid for more severe infections and viruses, and immune support.
Can I use AlliTech Spray to treat severe infections?
AlliTech spray is the same product as AlliTech Liquid. For severe antibiotic-resistant infections (like viruses) in adults and children over the age of seven, we recommend a course of two bottles of AlliTech Liquid (2 x 5ml teaspoon twice a day) followed by a single AlliTech Capsule 60 x 450 mg taken twice a day until finished.
Why does it hurt when I use AlliTech Spray?
It is normal to sting a little when you spray AlliTech onto an open wound. In the unlikely event that the problem persists, rinse the area well with water, stop using the product, and seek medical advice.
Where should I store my AlliTech Spray 30 ml?
AlliTech Spray 30 ml should be stored in the fridge. All liquid AlliTech products should be stored below 20°C at all times to prevent the product from fermenting.
What is the difference between taking AlliTech, and raw garlic?
As allicin is chemically unstable in its raw form, your body may absorb very little of it from raw garlic. This is because it is mainly destroyed in stomach acid. AlliTech contains 100% stabilised pure allicin extract, meaning its properties won’t be affected by heat, light, and varying pH levels.
Is AlliTech the same as a garlic supplement?
There are many health benefits to taking garlic, but because of the reasons stated above, very few of the garlic supplements on the market contain allicin, and most of those that do are unstable. If you prefer to take allicin in capsule form, look for a stabilised option, like our AlliTech capsules [link].
